§ A206-1. Legal questions by a Commissioner about another Commissioner.

  • Where a Commissioner desires to raise a legal question about a fellow Commissioner with the Solicitor, he may do so by addressing his question directly to the Township Solicitor. The Township Solicitor will notify the Commissioner about whom the question is asked of the nature of the question and give that Commissioner an opportunity to respond. Upon receiving such a response or allowing an adequate time therefor, the Solicitor shall respond to the question in writing, without any further authorization from the Board of Commissioners.
